Are international shipping prices going to go down after OBama signs in?

Posted by admin on January 21st, 2010 and filed under go international | 1 Comment »

Yea there are a bunch of stuff I want to get (like my gaming router) but no1 is shipping international. I wonder if this is because of Jan. 14?

I would doubt very much that will happen, as the prices are controlled by business, and not the federal government.

How many miles do you need to redeem an international flight on United Airlines?

Posted by admin on January 21st, 2010 and filed under international flight | 2 Comments »

I’ve tried looking all over the place, but I can’t find anywhere how many miles it takes to redeem a free international flight on United Airlines. Any help?

It depends on your destination. (ie. a free ticket to Japan would cost you 60K on the united’s savers chart)

Fastest Way To Park At Denver International Airport (DIA)?

Posted by admin on January 21st, 2010 and filed under denver international airport | 1 Comment »

Hey, I was just wondering if anyone knew the fastest way to park at D.I.A. I mean, what is the fastest possible way that I can get from my car driving towards Denver International Airport to my plane. (Where should I park? How long will this take?) And I also need to know how long the whole process will take (your guess) on a monday??? THANKS

If you park in the garage parking that is the closest. It will cost you though. You just have to follow the signs for garage parking when you’re getting close to the tents. On a Monday, you shouldn’t wait to long. If you check in online, walking from you car to the gate should take about 35-45 minutes.

According to Feminism, Men are aggressive, power hungry, selfish, domineering, obsessed with Hierachy, etc…?

Then where are these Men come from? Mars? Aliens?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paul_Erd%C5%91s

Excerpt:
"….Possessions meant little to Erdős; most of his belongings would fit in a suitcase, as dictated by his itinerant lifestyle. Awards and other earnings were generally donated to people in need and various worthy causes. He spent most of his life as a vagabond, travelling between scientific conferences and the homes of colleagues all over the world. He would typically show up at a colleague’s doorstep and announce "my brain is open," staying long enough to collaborate on a few papers before moving on a few days later. In many cases, he would ask the current collaborator about whom he (Erdős) should visit next."

Other idiosyncratic elements of Erdős’ vocabulary include:

children were referred to as "epsilons" (because in mathematics, particularly calculus, an arbitrarily small positive quantity is commonly denoted by that Greek letter (ε));
women were "bosses";
men were "slaves"

Prof Hoang Tuy-A Prominent Applied Mathematician— Taketomo Mitsui

"….Therefore I was very keen to get to know him personally. When the re-unification of Vietnam had just been realized, I was impressed that Prof. Tuy’s academic work had been carried out in the period under EXTREMELY HARD conditions
…I actually met Prof. Tuy at the hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. As you know, he is small in his physical stature, but looks prominently intellectual. I said in my heart “He is a mathematician!”. Although he was very busy in Ho Chi Minh City encouraging and advising the organizers of the international symposium as the leader of Vietnamese mathematicians community, he was so kind to take care of me by appointing a young Vietnamese colleague in be charge of me…"
…he is a very tough and strict mathematician. I was also informed of his very harsh experiences during the Vietnamese war. In fact, he fled to the jungle for many months and continued his study in the moonlight after a very hard daytime labor. He should be an iron man like, say Egon Balas who experienced awful youth-food. Therefore, I was a little scared to meet him in person in my oéce. However, I was surprised to find that he is a small friendly, white haired man. I was also surprised that he knew my straightforward extension of his cutting plane for concave minimization problems published almost a decade ago.
…Professor Tuy himself came to visit Japan more frequently. Every time he brings us wonderful presents of research ideas. Yes, he is just Santa Claus coming from a southern country for us, the researchers in Japan."

…Despite these frequent moves he wrote all his major work during his 20 plus years in the Netherlands, where he managed to revolutionize mathematics and philosophy. In 1633, Galileo was condemned by the Roman Catholic Church, and Descartes abandoned plans to publish Treatise on the World, his work of the previous four years. "Discourse on the Method" was published in 1637. In it Descartes lays out four rules of thought, meant to ensure that our knowledge rests upon a firm foundation.

… Descartes continued to publish works concerning both mathematics and philosophy for the rest of his life. In 1643, Cartesian philosophy was condemned at the University of Utrecht, and Descartes began his long correspondence with Princess Elisabeth of Bohemia. In 1647, he was awarded a pension by the King of France. Descartes was interviewed by Frans Burman at Egmond-Binnen in 1648.

René Descartes died on 11 February 1650 in Stockholm, Sweden, where he had been invited as a teacher for Queen Christina of Sweden. The cause of death was said to be pneumonia—accustomed to working in bed until noon, he may have suffered a detrimental effect on his health due to Christina’s demands for early morning study (the lack of sleep could have severely compromised his immune system). Others believe that Descartes may have contracted pneumonia as a result of nursing a French ambassador, Dejion A. Nopeleen, ill with the aforementioned disease, back to health.[9]

I CAN LITERALLY FIND ENDLESS STREAM OF SUCH GOOD MEN IN WIKIPEDIA & OTHER INTERNET SITE .

YET, FEMINISTS INSISTED THAT: "MEN ARE PRIVILEGED EVILS WHO DEPRIVED WOMEN FROM ATTAINING GENIUS ACHIEVEMENTS IN THE PAST!"

THEY NEVER RECOGNIZED THAT, IN THE PASS, MEN HAVE TO OVERCOME AS MUCH HARDSHIP AS WOMEN, IN PURSUE OF INTELLECTUAL ENDEAVOURS.
@modigi: before you shoot your mouth off. Do the research on feminist’s proverbs. You have not been in GWS forum long enough to know feminists.

Your knowledge of them come from feminist infested media spoon-fed to your TV.

@Not so nasty me: you are a very intelligent lady.

What I noticed about feminist women is they try to be what they think men are. That’s why the characteristics you just mentioned can also be found in feminist women.

HI. I am a student preparing for SAT (International Category). Which are the books which may help in the prep?

Posted by admin on January 21st, 2010 and filed under may international | 2 Comments »

I also did a bit of research here. There are two main books available here (in India) in the book shops.
One is BARRON’S and the other is KAPLAN.
Which one is better?
Also, please tell if you know a better book perhaps.

I would recommend Princeton review for the SAT. I haven’t used Kaplan for the SAT but I’ve used both Barron’s and Princeton review and I found Barron’s somewhat confusing but if you’re able to comprehend things easily then Barron’s is excellent. Princeton review has excellent SAT strategies and it focuses on teaching you "tricks" that will help you to pass the SAT while providing the knowledge you need to do well and it’s more comprehensible than Barron’s.
I’m currently using Kaplan for Chemistry and I find it rather simplistic but perhaps you like to keep things simple instead of learning topics in depth, in which case it would be perfect for you. Good luck.

In AFL should victoria be banned from hosting international sporting events for all the hate crimes that?

Posted by admin on January 21st, 2010 and filed under international events | 9 Comments »

are perpetrated against tourists and immigrants who come to Australia.
They are the reason why Australians are considered racists.
The same way South Africa had trade and sporting sanctions placed on them.

it is a possibility , india has been talking of banning certain events.
most answers seem to blame "ethnics" for the violence, so wrong, vast majority is all home grown victorian violence, anyone heard of the "Moran" family.
and one of the reasons australia is regarded as racist, its the old "white australia" policy , which a lot now prefer to deny ever existed.
