Why doesn’t the international community rally together to make war, invasions, violent military aggressions, acts of violent aggression and terror one nation or group of people within a nation against another, a international criminal offence? With all the death, destruction, violent activities and poverty these international actions create why are these actions not taken as seriously, and considered to be the same as one individual murdering another individual within your own community, town, city, province, state and country? What is the difference? Especially when these international acts of violence leave so tremendously much death, destruction, corruption and poverty in their after math? Especially when the vast majority of these international conflicts are the direct result of some misguided and over zealous political figure going insane over little or no actual acceptable reason at all in hind sight? If Mr. Bush wants to use his military why not use it to enforce these laws?

I did enter a lotto sweepstakes and the winning numbers are the same one’s I’ve entered. The e-mail came from the president & vice-president of Yahoo! lotto org. with the winning numbers, reference # & batch # . They ask me for delivery information but not bank account (thats what make me think is real. I looked up the Bank & it does excist but they want money for shipping and insurance. They also told me that the delivery will take place withing 24 hours and the carrier will call me as soon as they get within the area. It sounds too good to be true. I asked them to take the insurance and shipping $$ from my "prize". Lets see what happen. What do you think?

it’s a phone scam – but yes there is a bank in Scotland called the Royal Bank of Scotland,(But one with International at the end I am not sure) I know this because I have an account with them (RBS), and they have never phoned me asking for anything. If you have an account them, phone them and explain what happened, they will probably say it is a scam, and do not give any info to them when they call you., always phone them if you need to get in contact with them over the phone.

An author (Mr X) wrote a book in country A in language 1.
A publishing company asked a translator (Mr Y) to translate it to language 2 and published it in country B.
Now, can I re-publish the book in country B with another translation?
Do I need permission from the publishing company in country 1 or the publishing company in country 2 or Mr X or Mr Y or some or all of them?

The time between Aug 2007 and Feb 2009 was a good time for marriage and particularly for a love marriage. The time started after from Mar 2009 and lasting till Feb 2011 is not good for marriage and should be avoided. The time from Mar 2011 is again favorable and positive results can be seen there and the chances of a love marriage would also increase there.
