Hertz, Avis, Fox, and Enterprise have Prius in their rental fleets. You may need to call ahead to see if they have one available there, or if one will be dropped off at that location for you to use. Be sure that you list the Prius in any preferences field.
When I traveled to Sea-Tac, WA last Sept., I was surprised and happy that they had a Prius available for me to rent at Hertz when I got there, as the website didn’t have one available when I made the reservation. Yes, I "upgraded" my car to get the Prius while there.
Meanwhile, not quite an airport rental, but you may be able to schedule a rental through a participating Toyota Rent A Car (TRAC) dealership: http://www.toyota.com/html/rental/index.html
