I went to the airport to pick up a friend. The cop who was trying to force me to another loop was VERY rude. I swear they are a**holes there. Anybody else think Cops are getting the God-head complex?
the cops at large in denver or aurora are total aholes…i lived there for 12 years. colorado is a freakin police state. but, get this…i did nt think it could be worse but it is…florida!!!!!!stay outta there if you dont like badges. you will see some kind of cop every 2 minutes….see, america is becoming a paranoid police state. Do you understand that at every airport in the country you can not park or stand in area around the airport?
Do you know for doing this YOU are subject to arrest and having your vehicle impounded?
Do you know that Homeland Security rules say you can not wait for passengers and must be moving or actively loading?
So, because you don’t want to live by the rules does not make the cops "rude".
I bet you are also one that yells and whines when they make you take off your shoes at security.
Next time, pay to park, get your butt out of the car and walk into the airport to meet your party… Or… keep moving.

But when you actaull need them I bet they wont be fast enough for you. Get over it, like the user above said, those are the rules, you don’t like it, try living in another country were corrupt police are only half of the problems.

No…..but drivers who think the rules don’t apply to them have that complex.
You KNOW you cannot park there so why do you stop? What do you expect the officer to do……you obviously disobeyed the no stopping rule – which is clearly posted – and he got on you about it.
If you obey the laws and follow the rules, you won’t be bothered by the police.

They are trying to do their job. They are stressed because they deal with a-holes like you all day. Jus tpolitely say okay, and keep moving. If cars were parked at the terminal, maybe one would blow up and kill your buddy who just flew in and other bystanders? Would that make you feel better?

He can be as rude as he wants. As the first answer said, he can order you away from the airport for any suspicions he might have.
