How do you go about getting someone indicted by the International Criminal Court?

Is it solely up to the prosecutors? Can governments, organizations or individuals bring a case against war criminals?

I promised my children that Bush, Cheney et al. would face justice one day.

Well in their case one would have to drum up charges Like Keith Blabberman and Rachel Maddcow do nightly!!!

ATTENTION LIBERAL NITWITS: The only way to punish a president for offenses committed in office is impeachment; only a sitting president can be impeached; the only penalty is removal from office.

    Give it up.
Pelosi and Reid spent 6 years trying to find something wrong… If they couldn’t find any wrong doing in that time, (and remember, the House IMPEACHED Clinton for simply lying to them!) it isn’t going to be found.
