Can I take my 120 pound dog on an international flight in May?

Probably in the cargo hold in an animal cage. I cannot see any airline allowing a dog that size in the passenger cabin

You can do whatever you want now days – if you’re willing to spend the money. It might be pricey so check with your airline and find out what kind of regulations apply at your destination, some countries have a mandatory quarantine(from a few days to a few weeks) or might require specific documents from the vet.

I am pretty sure you can, for sure in cargo. Call the airline for details and pricing.
