Just head to the basement of the airport and follow the signs towards the airport bus berth. Its depends on what city are u heading to. If you are heading to Taipei, than take the bus towards Main Station, which is pretty easy access to other parts of the city in proper. If you want to head to the nearest city, its Taoyuan City in proper, which takes approx 20-30 min to reach there and approx 40 min per bus for interval. References :
The international airport is in the city of "Tao-Yuan". It’s 40 or so minutes from city of Taipei.
There are two airport buildings. Depending on which airline you take, the arrival building may be #1 or #2. Each building has bus ticket counter, waiting room, and bus stop. When you are out of the custom, you may find the sign for where to take bus. The first bus of the day departs at just before 6:00 a.m., so if your flight arrived at mid-night, you will have a long wait – you probably want to have other arrangement.
Buy bus ticket at the bus ticket counter. If you have everything in writing in Traditional Chinese language, they will be better helping you. Also ask the bus driver to let you know when to get off the bus.
If you arrive during the day time, there is a bank counter to exchange for local currency. Otherwise, you need to have some Taiwan dollars with you.
Both terminals at the airport have bus stops and sell tickets from the airport to Taipei. The price of a ticket is around 135 to 150NT. Depending on the hotel you are going to, you can pick the bus line you need. References :
